TERMS OF SERVICE
SILVER FOX APPAREL
THE RULES. WITHOUT THE RUNAROUND.
We make clothes for people who think for themselves.
And we believe doing business properly means being straight with the people who support us.
When you shop with Silver Fox Apparel, there are a few things you should know.
What you're buying. What you're paying. What happens if something goes wrong. And what we expect when you use our website.
No hidden surprises. No unnecessary complications. No pretending the small print doesn't matter.
We're an independent clothing brand built on quality, individuality and doing things properly.
And those standards apply to how we do business.
Here's where you stand.

1. WHO WE ARE
INDEPENDENT BRAND. PROPER BUSINESS.
Silver Fox Apparel is operated by Silver Fox Apparel Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
Throughout these Terms of Service, references to "SFA", "Silver Fox Apparel", "we", "us" and "our" mean Silver Fox Apparel Ltd.
References to "you" and "your" mean anyone visiting our website or purchasing our products.
Our website and online store are powered by Shopify.
These Terms of Service explain the conditions that apply when you use our website or purchase products from us.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms applicable to that purchase.
These terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and any relevant delivery information.
Nothing in these terms removes or limits your statutory consumer rights.

2. USING OUR WEBSITE
COME IN. HAVE A LOOK. PLAY FAIR.
Our website is here to showcase our products, tell our story and give customers a straightforward way to shop.
You're welcome to browse, explore and purchase from us.
All we ask is that you use the website lawfully and don't interfere with its operation or other people's enjoyment of it.
When placing an order, you must provide accurate information, including your contact, billing and delivery details.
If you're under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to place an order on your behalf.
CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure.
Please don't share your password or allow unauthorised access to your account.
If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, contact us.
We may restrict account access where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, protect security or deal with serious misuse.
3. OUR PRODUCTS
WHAT YOU SEE SHOULD BE WHAT YOU GET.
We take product quality seriously.
We aim to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, sizing information and product details.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device settings and lighting conditions.
Minor variations in appearance do not automatically mean a product is faulty or misdescribed.
WHAT MATTERS IS THAT THE PRODUCT MATCHES WHAT WE'VE SOLD YOU.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
Those requirements apply to everything we sell.
We may change product designs, update descriptions or discontinue products.
However, changes made after we've accepted your order will not alter what we've agreed to supply without your agreement.
LIMITED EDITIONS
Some SFA products are released in strictly limited quantities.
Once they're gone, they may not return.
We make no guarantee that a particular design, colour or size will remain available.
Any stated production limit will reflect the actual intended quantity for that release.
We don't believe in creating false scarcity to pressure customers.
LIMITED MEANS LIMITED. NOT A MARKETING TRICK.
4. PLACING AN ORDER
YOU CHOOSE IT. WE CONFIRM IT.
When you place an order through our website, you're making an offer to purchase the selected products.
You'll receive an automated acknowledgement confirming that we've received your order.
This acknowledgement does not necessarily mean we've accepted it.
For standard website purchases, your order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been dispatched.
For personalised or custom orders, acceptance may take place when we expressly confirm the agreed quotation and order details.
Once accepted, a contract is formed between you and Silver Fox Apparel Ltd.
CAN WE DECLINE AN ORDER?
In certain circumstances, we may need to decline an order before accepting it.
For example:
-
A product is unavailable.
-
There's an obvious pricing or listing error.
-
Payment cannot be authorised.
-
We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
-
We're unable to fulfil the order lawfully or deliver to the requested destination.
If we've taken payment but cannot accept your order, we'll refund the amount paid without unnecessary delay.
If a problem arises after we've accepted your order, we'll contact you and deal with it fairly and in accordance with your legal rights.
WE'D RATHER BE STRAIGHT WITH YOU THAN PROMISE SOMETHING WE CAN'T DELIVER.
5. PRICES & PAYMENTS
THE PRICE YOU SEE. THE PRICE WE AGREE.
We believe pricing should be straightforward.
Product prices are displayed on our website and may vary between collections, promotions and limited releases.
Silver Fox Apparel Ltd is not currently VAT registered, so we do not add VAT to our product prices.
Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
The total payable amount will be shown at checkout.
If international delivery is available, additional customs duties or import charges may apply. We'll provide the information required by law before you purchase.
PRICE CHANGES
We may change our prices or promotions from time to time.
However, changes will not affect orders we've already accepted unless you expressly agree otherwise.
PRICING ERRORS
Occasionally, mistakes happen.
If we discover an obvious pricing error before accepting your order, we'll contact you where appropriate.
You'll have the opportunity to purchase at the correct price or receive a refund if payment has already been taken.
For accepted orders, we'll respect our contractual obligations and your statutory rights.
PAYMENTS
Payments are processed using the payment methods offered at checkout.
You must be authorised to use your chosen payment method.
Payment information must be accurate and complete.
We use established payment providers to process transactions securely.
6. DELIVERY
WE SEND IT. WE TAKE RESPONSIBILITY.
When you order from SFA, we want your purchase to arrive safely and within the agreed timeframe.
Delivery options, charges and available delivery estimates will be provided before you complete your purchase.
We'll make reasonable efforts to meet the agreed delivery arrangements.
Unless we've agreed a different delivery period with you, we'll deliver your goods without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being made.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Sometimes circumstances outside our reasonable control can affect delivery.
These may include severe weather, transport disruption, customs delays, supply problems or other exceptional events.
If something happens that affects your order, we'll keep you informed where reasonably possible.
Your legal rights relating to delayed or failed delivery remain protected.
WHO'S RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PARCEL?
For consumer purchases, your goods generally remain our responsibility until they reach you or someone you've identified to receive them.
An exception may apply where you independently arrange a carrier that we haven't offered as a delivery option.
Simply handing your order to a courier does not normally transfer responsibility to you.
LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?
Contact us.
If your order hasn't arrived or arrives damaged, we'll investigate and provide the remedy required by law.
We don't expect customers to chase couriers to resolve our delivery obligations.
7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
NOT RIGHT? WE'LL PUT IT RIGHT.
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains how cancellations, exchanges and refunds work.
For most online purchases, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
You then generally have a further 14 days to return them.
Certain exceptions apply, including some genuinely personalised products.
Your rights when goods are faulty, damaged or misdescribed are separate from your change-of-mind cancellation rights.
These statutory rights apply regardless of whether you've purchased a standard item, sale product or limited-edition release.
For full details, please read our Returns & Refunds Policy, available through our website.
WE DON'T BELIEVE A SALE SHOULD COME WITH AN ESCAPE CLAUSE FOR THE SELLER.
8. CUSTOM ORDERS & RETROFIT
YOUR IDEA. OUR STANDARDS.
Alongside our standard clothing, SFA may offer personalised garments, custom printing, workwear and RetroFit services.
These orders can involve different production requirements from our standard products.
PERSONALISED CLOTHING
Where products are genuinely made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you, different cancellation rules may apply.
Any applicable exceptions will be explained before you commit to the order.
Standard SFA designs do not automatically become exempt from cancellation rights simply because they're printed after purchase.
ARTWORK APPROVAL
For custom work, we'll agree the relevant design, placement, specifications and price before production begins.
You're responsible for checking the approved details carefully.
If you supply artwork, logos or designs, you must have the necessary permission to authorise their use.
You retain ownership of the original artwork you provide, subject to any third-party intellectual property rights.
You give us permission to use it as necessary to fulfil your agreed order.
We won't treat customer-supplied artwork as an SFA design simply because we've printed it.
RETROFIT SERVICES
If you supply your own garment for printing, we'll agree the relevant work before proceeding.
We may decline garments that are unsuitable for the requested printing process.
We'll exercise reasonable care and skill when carrying out the work.
Your statutory rights remain protected if we fail to do so.
Specific Custom and RetroFit terms may also apply. Any such terms will be provided before you agree to the work.
9. OUR DESIGNS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
ORIGINAL THINKING DESERVES RESPECT.
Silver Fox Apparel is built around original ideas, artwork, branding and design.
Our website content, logos, graphics, photography, product designs, written material and other creative assets may be protected by copyright, trade mark rights and other intellectual property laws.
These rights belong to Silver Fox Apparel Ltd or their respective owners and licensors.
Buying one of our products doesn't transfer ownership of the intellectual property behind its design.
You may use our website for ordinary personal shopping and browsing.
You may also share links to our website and use material where permitted by law.
However, you must not reproduce, manufacture, distribute or commercially exploit our protected artwork, branding or designs without the necessary permission.
The same respect applies to third-party artwork and intellectual property featured on our website.
WE BELIEVE IN ORIGINALITY.
WE EXPECT OTHERS TO RESPECT IT TOO.
10. CUSTOMER REVIEWS & FEEDBACK
SAY WHAT YOU THINK.
We welcome genuine feedback.
Good reviews. Constructive criticism. Suggestions about what we could do better.
We're interested in hearing from the people who actually wear our products.
If you submit a public product review or other content to our website, you confirm that you have the right to share it.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, deliberately misleading, threatening, abusive or infringes someone else's rights.
You retain ownership of content you create.
By submitting content for public display, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to display, reproduce and use that content for the purpose for which it was submitted, including presenting genuine reviews on our website.
We'll seek appropriate permission where required before using customer photographs or other material for separate promotional campaigns.
We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary to comply with the law, protect others or enforce these terms.
We won't knowingly create fake customer reviews or misrepresent genuine feedback.
REAL CUSTOMERS. REAL OPINIONS.
THAT'S HOW IT SHOULD BE.
11. SHOPIFY & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
THE SHOP IS OURS. THE TECHNOLOGY HAS HELP.
Our online store is powered by Shopify.
Shopify supplies the technology that allows us to display products, process orders and manage our online business.
However, when you purchase products directly from our store, your contract of sale is with Silver Fox Apparel Ltd.
WE'RE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PRODUCTS WE SELL.
Shopify is not the seller of SFA products and does not independently fulfil our obligations to you as a retailer.
Our website may also include services, tools or links provided by other organisations.
These may include payment providers, social media platforms and other third-party services.
Independent third-party websites operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
We recommend reviewing those policies when using their services.
Nothing in this section limits any legal responsibility we have for services supplied as part of our contract with you.
12. YOUR PRIVACY
YOUR DATA. YOUR BUSINESS. OUR RESPONSIBILITY.
When you shop with us, we collect and process certain personal information.
This may include your name, contact details, delivery information, transaction history and information needed to operate our website.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we use it, who we share it with and your rights.
You can find our Privacy Policy through the website footer.
We handle personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
YOUR TRUST IS EARNED. NOT ASSUMED.
13. USING THE WEBSITE PROPERLY
REBELLION HAS STANDARDS TOO.
We encourage independent thinking.
We don't encourage illegal behaviour, fraud or interfering with other people's rights.
You must not use our website to:
-
Commit fraud or another unlawful act.
-
Upload malicious software or harmful code.
-
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
-
Interfere with website security or functionality.
-
Misuse another person's personal information.
-
Infringe our intellectual property or anyone else's.
-
Send unsolicited commercial messages through our services.
-
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
-
Use automated processes to overload, disrupt or unlawfully extract information from our systems.
-
Circumvent reasonable technical or security restrictions.
We may take proportionate action to protect the website, our customers and our business.
This may include blocking harmful activity or restricting access where reasonably necessary.
Nothing in these terms prevents lawful criticism, legitimate consumer complaints or the exercise of your legal rights.
QUESTION AUTHORITY. DON'T STEAL ITS PASSWORDS.
14. AUTOMATED TOOLS & AI AGENTS
TECHNOLOGY IS WELCOME. MISUSE ISN'T.
Some visitors may use automated tools, including AI assistants and software agents, to browse websites or help with online shopping.
We recognise that technology is changing how people discover and purchase products.
Automated systems accessing our website must operate lawfully and respect our security measures.
They must not conceal their identity where identification is required, bypass security controls, interfere with the website or access restricted information without authorisation.
Where automated agents make direct HTTP requests, we ask that they identify themselves appropriately, including through an agent identifier such as Agent/[agent name] where technically supported.
We may use reasonable technical measures to manage automated access and protect our website.
These requirements do not prevent ordinary customers from using legitimate browsing or accessibility tools.
WE'RE NOT AGAINST NEW TECHNOLOGY.
WE'RE AGAINST PEOPLE USING IT BADLY.
15. WEBSITE ERRORS & AVAILABILITY
SOMETIMES TECHNOLOGY HAS OTHER IDEAS.
We work to keep our website accurate, secure and available.
However, occasional technical problems, interruptions or incorrect information can occur.
These may include errors relating to product descriptions, prices, availability or delivery information.
We may correct website errors and update information when necessary.
We may also temporarily suspend website access for maintenance, security or technical reasons.
If an error affects an order we've accepted, we'll respect our contractual obligations and applicable consumer rights.
We won't use a website error as a blanket excuse to avoid our responsibilities.
16. ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS & TERMINATION
FAIR USE GOES BOTH WAYS.
We may suspend or restrict website accounts where reasonably necessary to address serious misuse, fraud, security threats or unlawful activity.
Where appropriate, we'll explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.
We may also discontinue particular website services or features.
However, ending account access does not automatically cancel an accepted order or remove contractual obligations already owed.
Any outstanding refunds, orders or other legal obligations will be dealt with appropriately.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
17. RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY
NO HIDING BEHIND SMALL PRINT.
We take responsibility for our legal obligations.
If we breach our contract with you or fail to exercise reasonable care and skill, we may be responsible for losses that were reasonably foreseeable.
We are not generally responsible for losses that were not foreseeable or for problems caused solely by circumstances outside our responsibility.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where doing so would be unlawful.
This includes liability for:
-
Death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
-
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
-
Faulty or misdescribed goods where statutory protections apply.
-
Failure to provide services with reasonable care and skill.
-
Any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Website content provided for general information is not intended to replace specialist professional advice.
We do not guarantee that our website will be available without interruption at every moment.
However, these statements do not remove our responsibility to supply goods and services that meet the standards required by law.
IF WE'RE RESPONSIBLE, WE WON'T PRETEND OTHERWISE.
18. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
RESPECT WORKS BOTH WAYS.
When purchasing or using our services, you're responsible for providing accurate information and acting lawfully.
If you supply artwork or other material for custom production, you must have the necessary rights and permissions.
You may be responsible for losses arising from your own unlawful actions or infringement of another person's rights, where liability is established under applicable law.
These terms do not impose a general obligation on customers to reimburse SFA or Shopify for every claim arising from website use.
They do not make you responsible for losses caused by our own breach of contract or negligence.
We believe reasonable obligations should apply to both sides.
19. OUR AGREEMENT
CLEAR TERMS. NO SURPRISE CHANGES.
These Terms of Service, together with the relevant policies and any specific terms agreed before purchase, form part of our agreement with you.
If you place a personalised or bespoke order, the individually agreed specifications and applicable custom terms will also form part of that contract.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will not be binding to the extent prohibited by law.
The remaining lawful provisions will continue to apply where possible.
If we don't immediately enforce a contractual right, that doesn't necessarily mean we've permanently given it up.
We won't use these provisions to deny rights or promises you've been given under applicable law.
TRANSFERRING OUR OBLIGATIONS
We may transfer our contractual rights or obligations as part of a legitimate business arrangement, provided this does not reduce your rights or protections.
Where required, we'll notify you or obtain your agreement.
You may transfer your rights where permitted by law or with our written agreement.
20. GOVERNING LAW
BASED IN BRITAIN. ACCOUNTABLE UNDER THE LAW.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable law.
If you're a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, or another country, this provision does not remove any mandatory legal protections or rights to bring proceedings in a court available to you under applicable law.
We believe disputes should be resolved fairly and, wherever possible, without unnecessary confrontation.
If something isn't right, we'd rather have a conversation before anyone starts talking about courtrooms.
21. COMMUNICATIONS & POLICY CHANGES
IF SOMETHING CHANGES, WE'LL SAY SO.
We may contact you electronically about your orders, account, payments, deliveries and other matters relating to our services.
Please make sure the contact details you provide are accurate.
Marketing communications are handled separately, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable marketing rules.
UPDATING THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes to our business, website, products or legal obligations.
When we do, we'll publish the updated terms and revise the date shown at the beginning.
Where required by law, we'll provide additional notice.
Changes to these terms will not automatically alter an existing purchase contract without a lawful basis or your agreement.
The version applicable when your order was accepted will generally govern that purchase, together with any individually agreed terms.
22. QUESTIONS?

We believe customers deserve answers, not an automated obstacle course.
